HometownCiudad Juarez, Mexico About Kitten Natividad For Kitten Natividad, life has been a series of breast implants, a double mastectomy, breast reconstruction surgery, and, generally, being known for her breasts. Somehow, though, Kitten—born Francesca Isabel Natividad—got her stage name from her shyness on stage. She got her first breast implants so that she could move from go-go dancing into topless dancing, and she later met producer Russ Meyer, who paid for her to get a second breast implant and put her in several movies, including Beneath the Valley of the Ultra-Vixens.

Kitten and Meyer dated for much of the next 15 years. Her inch chest became what she was known for, and she moved into pornographic films. It got my name out there. I might as well get something out of it. In , Kitten underwent a double mastectomy after doctors discovered she had breast cancer. She later had her breasts reconstructed.
